Manufacturing Process

Our Q215 pipes are primarily manufactured using the High-Frequency Induction Welding (HFIW / ERW) process. This advanced method ensures a clean, strong, and continuous weld seam that is often nearly indistinguishable from the parent metal. The process involves:

Uncoiling and leveling the Q215 steel strip.

Forming the strip into a cylindrical shape through a series of rollers.

Welding the edges together using high-frequency electrical current.

Sizing the pipe to precise dimensional tolerances.

Cutting to specified lengths.

Subjecting finished pipes to rigorous non-destructive testing.
