The surface quality of 304 stainless steel plate is mainly determined by the acid washing process after heat treatment. However, various defects such as scratches, dents, creases, contamination, etc. are inevitable in the production process of 304 stainless steel plate. Therefore, the surface quality of 304 stainless steel plate cannot be affected by defects such as scratches, creases, etc. Whether it is high-grade or low-grade, these defects are not allowed. However, dents are also not allowed in spoons, spoons, forks, and production because it is difficult to throw them away during polishing. We determine the surface quality grade based on the degree and frequency of various surface defects, and then determine the product grade.
